I launched this website because ageism in Corporate America is real. My LinkedIn feed is filled with those familiar green “Open to Work” banners and heartbreaking posts about unexpected job loss. It’s unlike anything I’ve seen before.

Yes, some people are finding new roles — and that’s worth celebrating. But for many, especially those over 60, the job hunt is a heavy uphill battle.

At 61, I know that battle well. I’ve lived the experience of being passed over for someone younger and less qualified — only to be asked to train them. Sound familiar?

Even though I’m currently employed, I know how fragile our place in the corporate world can feel. That uncertainty? It's real. But so is our strength.
